Sara Lindgren · CTO

From sticky notes to a real project board in one conversation.

Norrland Labs is a 12-person engineering team based in northern Sweden, building developer tooling for distributed systems. Before Lova, the team ran planning out of a sprawling Jira instance that nobody wanted to open. Tickets went stale, status updates lived in Slack threads, and every sprint kicked off with a 45-minute alignment call just to figure out who was doing what.

Sara heard about Lova at a Stockholm tech meetup and signed the team up the same evening. Within a single conversation she had described the team's structure, their current sprint, and their three active projects. Lova shaped the board automatically — columns, labels, and all. The team had a working project board before she closed her laptop.

Six months in, the team hasn't looked back. New engineers onboard directly through Lova: they describe their background in chat, and Lova recommends which tasks to pick up first. Sprint planning is now a 15-minute async check-in rather than an hour-long meeting. The team shipped more features in Q1 than in any previous quarter.

We went from sticky notes to a real project board in one conversation. Our team actually uses it because there's nothing to learn.

Marcus Olsson · Engineering Lead

The board stays current. No one has to touch it.

Flyt Systems is a 25-person company building autonomous drone logistics software for last-mile delivery. The engineering team ships fast — multiple deploys a day — and their biggest pain point wasn't prioritization. It was the overhead of keeping the project board in sync with reality. Every PR merge, every deploy, every failed test meant someone had to go update a ticket.

Marcus connected Lova's Agent API to their CI/CD pipeline in an afternoon. Now when a build passes, the agent marks the associated task as ready for review. When a PR is merged, the agent moves it to deployed. When a test suite fails, the agent flags the affected tasks and posts a summary to the project chat. The board reflects the actual state of the codebase at all times.

The downstream effects were immediate. The "what's the status?" Slack messages that interrupted engineers a dozen times a day dropped to almost nothing. Standup became a genuine discussion about blockers rather than a status readout. Marcus now has a real-time view of delivery health without asking anyone anything.

The agent API is what sold us. Our CI pipeline claims tasks, updates status, and posts to chat. The board stays current without anyone touching it.

Wellnest

Studio + Lova

Elena Torres · Founder

MVP in six weeks. Then handed off cleanly to the team.

Elena founded Wellnest to bring personalized mental wellness programs to corporate teams. She had a clear product vision and early customer commitments, but no engineering team. She needed to go from zero to a working MVP fast — without hiring a full team, and without taking on technical debt that would slow her down later.

Studio scoped the project in two sessions. The proposal came back with a clear milestone plan, fixed pricing, and a delivery timeline. Elena could see exactly what was being built and when, through the client milestone portal. No chasing updates, no invoice surprises. Six weeks later, Wellnest had a working product in front of its first customers — and the full codebase, documentation, and a configured Lova board ready for handoff.

The handoff was the part Elena didn't expect to go so smoothly. The Studio team had been managing delivery inside Lova throughout the project. When they handed over the keys, Elena's new hire could open the board, see the full history of what was built and why, and pick up exactly where Studio left off. There was no knowledge gap to bridge.
