Got it. I've set up the board with 3 columns and 6 tasks:
- • Press release & partner outreach marked high priority
- • Landing page and social campaign in To Do
- • Brand guidelines already marked done
The problem
Project tools were built for clicking, not doing
Your team spends more time configuring boards, writing task descriptions, and chasing status updates than doing actual work.
Create the board, define columns, write every task, set priorities, assign people. Repeat every sprint. Nobody signed up for this.
The overhead of keeping a board current isn't worth it. After the first sprint, nobody opens it. Your source of truth becomes Slack threads.
"Can you update your tasks?" "What's the status on auth?" Progress is locked inside people's heads, not your tools.
How it works
One conversation runs the whole project
You talk, AI organizes
Describe your project in plain language. "We're launching a product next month — plan the rollout." AI creates the board — columns, tasks, priorities — in seconds. Refine by talking more.
Team executes from the board
Members see a clean kanban board. Pick up tasks, drag cards, tap status. No training needed. Moving a card IS the status update — AI narrates it to the Lead automatically.
AI narrates everything back
No more status meetings. AI watches the board and tells the Lead what shipped, what's stuck, and what needs attention — in the same conversation.
Features
The conversation is the control plane
Everything flows from the chat. The board is a live view of what you said.
Conversation-first, not board-first
You don't click buttons to manage a project. You talk. AI creates columns, tasks, and assignments. You refine by talking more. The board is always a live reflection of the conversation.
- Create, modify, and delete — all through conversation
- AI proposes, you approve. No surprises.
- Reshaping is one sentence: "move the launch to April"
AI narration
AI watches the board and tells you what shipped, what's stuck, and what needs your attention. No status meetings.
One-tap status
Members tap On track or Blocked. Two taps to report a blocker. That's it.
Real-time sync
Every change syncs instantly. See your teammate move a card the moment it happens. No refresh needed.
Lead & Member views
Leads see chat + board. Members see the board full-screen with chat history in a drawer. Each role gets exactly what they need.
Structured blockers
When blocked, members pick why: waiting on someone, missing info, or technical issue. AI notifies the right people.
Agent-ready architecture
Today humans execute tasks. Tomorrow AI agents will. The conversation stays the same. Lova gets more powerful as AI improves.
Why switch
You shouldn't have to manage your project manager
| Traditional tools | Lova | |
|---|---|---|
| Project setup | Hours of clicking and configuring | One conversation |
| Reshaping the plan | Delete, recreate, reassign manually | "Move the launch to April" |
| Status updates | Chase people, write summaries | AI narrates automatically |
| Reporting blockers | Slack message nobody sees | Two taps, AI routes it |
| Scaling to agents | Not possible | Same interface, agents execute |
| Price | $10-20/user/month | Free during beta |
FAQ
Common questions
How is this different from Jira or Linear?
Jira and Linear are board-first — you click buttons to create tasks, configure workflows, and update status. Lova is conversation-first — you talk, AI creates and maintains the board. The interface is a chat. The board is a live status view.
What do you mean by "agents"?
Today, your team members execute tasks and move cards. Soon, AI agents will be able to do some of that work. Lova's conversation-based architecture means the same interface works whether humans or agents are doing the execution.
Can I still drag cards and edit tasks manually?
Yes. The board is fully interactive — drag cards, edit titles, change priorities. But you never have to. Everything can be done through conversation.
What's the difference between Lead and Member?
Leads see a chat + board split view and shape the project through conversation. Members see the board full-screen, pick up tasks, and report status with one tap. Members can read the chat history for context.
Is my data secure?
Your data lives in a dedicated database with row-level security. Every query is scoped to your team. We never use your project data to train AI models.
How much does it cost?
Lova is free during the beta. We'll introduce simple per-seat pricing at launch — no surprise tiers or feature gates.
